2. How does a cell phone signal booster work?
A signal booster captures available outdoor cellular signal through an external antenna, amplifies it, and redistributes the improved signal indoors. A usable outdoor signal is required for the system to function properly.
3. Will the signal booster work if there is no signal outside?
No. The system amplifies existing signal. If there is no detectable outdoor signal, the booster cannot create one.
4. How does the outdoor WiFi extender work?
The outdoor WiFi extender connects to your existing network and broadcasts wireless coverage across extended areas. In point-to-point mode, it can link separate buildings where there is clear line of sight.
5. What is the maximum range of the WiFi extender?
In point-to-point configuration and with clear line of sight, the system can support wireless links up to 3 km. Actual range depends on environmental conditions and installation setup.
6. Are your products compatible with major U.S. carriers?
Our signal booster systems are designed to support major U.S. carriers operating on common 4G LTE and 5G frequency bands.
7. Do I need professional installation?
Professional installation is not required. However, proper antenna placement and cable routing are important for optimal performance.
