Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in original condition
  • All included components, cables, and accessories must be returned
  • The item must not show signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modification
  • The return request must be submitted within the 30-day period
  • There are no final sale items and no restocking fees.

Signal Boost does not offer direct product exchanges. Customers wishing to obtain a different product may return the original order and place a new purchase separately.

Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping within the United States for eligible returns.

After your return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label and instructions will be provided. Items must be shipped using the authorized label to ensure proper tracking and processing.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional processing time for the funds to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
