Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
During peak periods or high order volume, processing times may extend slightly. If a delay occurs, customers will be notified via email.
Shipping & Delivery Time (Transit Time)
After processing, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination within the United States.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order processing begins after successful payment authorization and verification.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
There are no additional shipping charges at checkout for standard delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Customers can monitor shipment progress directly through the carrier’s tracking system.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Signal Boost is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an address correction is required, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit:

Delivery Confirmation
Orders are considered delivered when confirmed by the carrier’s tracking system.
If you experience an issue after confirmed delivery, please contact us within 5 days so we can review the situation.
